- Most 'daily free spins' are one of six different offers: login spins, weekday deposit spins, wheel prizes, tournament-linked prizes, mystery spins or in-game rewards. The terms differ for each.
- Free spins are worth about the stake value of the spins multiplied by the slot's RTP, before wagering and caps. 100 spins at 10p on a 96% RTP slot average about £9.60.
- Wagering usually applies to the winnings. 10x on £4 of winnings means £40 of qualifying bets, or £400 if the slot only counts 10%.
- Casinos licensed in Great Britain cannot set wagering above 10x the bonus since 19 January 2026, but time limits, max stake and win caps are not capped. Elsewhere, read each offer's terms.
- Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins runs to 3 March 2027, but its free spins come from a weekly wheel, not a daily claim.
Daily free spins are a recurring casino promotion that gives you a set number of spins, usually on one named slot, on a daily schedule. The headline spin count rarely tells you what an offer is worth. The offer type, the claim rule, the game list, the wagering on winnings and the cap on what you can withdraw do.
This guide covers real-money casino offers. If you searched for Coin Master spins, those are in-game rewards in a social game, with no wagering or withdrawals involved.
What are daily free spins, and who can claim them?
Daily free spins are spins the casino credits to you at a fixed stake, once per day or per claim window, rather than as a one-off welcome gift. A daily login bonus is different: it may give coins, points or a wheel entry instead of spins on a real casino game.
To qualify, you may need to log in, opt in, make a deposit or play a set amount first. Even a no-deposit offer can depend on your account status or country. Our no deposit bonus page lists free-spin offers that do not ask you to pay in first.
Real-money offers and sweepstakes-style rewards also run under different rules. One uses a cash balance, the other promotional currency with its own redemption terms, so do not assume the terms carry across.
What types of daily free spins are there?
Most offers sold as daily free spins fall into six types, and the type tells you where the catch is. The label on the banner rarely does.
| Type | How you get the spins | Where the catch usually is |
|---|---|---|
| Daily login spins | Log in and press claim | Small spin counts, short expiry, often a fixed low stake |
| Weekday deposit spins | Deposit a minimum on a set day | The deposit is the real cost; exclusions on e-wallet deposits are common |
| Prize wheel or drop | Random award while you play or after a wheel spin | Odds are random, so you cannot plan on a daily result |
| Tournament-linked prizes | Rank on a daily leaderboard | Prizes may be cash, not spins, and only your top bets may count |
| Mystery or “spin of the day” | One random spin from a wheel or box | The prize pool is weighted towards the smallest rewards |
| Login streak rewards | Consecutive days build the reward | One missed day can reset you to day one |
Do not confuse any of these with a slot’s own free spins feature, the bonus round you trigger by landing scatters. That feature is part of the game and is paid for by your stake. Promotional spins are credited by the casino and carry their own terms.
How do Pragmatic Play’s daily promotions fit in?
Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins is the biggest studio-run promotion that includes free spins, but those spins come from a weekly wheel rather than a daily claim. The daily part is a cash tournament. The studio describes a 2026 prize pool of more than €25,000,000 across 5,000,000+ prizes, split between Daily Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops.
According to OLBG’s breakdown, the promotion runs from 4 March 2026 to 3 March 2027. Daily tournament prizes are wager-free cash, the minimum qualifying bet is 15p or the currency equivalent, and only your first 5,000 bets count towards your daily score. The weekly wheel awards bet multipliers and free spins.
The practical points: you usually have to opt in on a participating game, the casino must be running the promotion, and operators can vary the details. Our tournaments and network prize drops page tracks what is live, and the Pragmatic Play games list shows the studio’s catalogue.
How do daily free spins claim limits and resets work?
A claim limit caps how many times, or how many spins, you can take in a day, and the reset rule decides when the next claim opens. Two designs dominate, and they behave differently.
| Reset type | How it works | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed daily reset | The day restarts at a stated time and time zone | The reset may not be midnight where you live |
| Rolling timer | The next claim opens a set number of hours after your last claim | Claiming late each day pushes the next claim later |
| Weekly cycle | A set weekly window, for example Wednesday evening to Wednesday evening | The “daily” prize may belong to a weekly mechanic |
| Deposit or play trigger | Spins are credited after you deposit or wager a stated amount | The qualifying action, not the clock, is the real cost |
Keep the claim window separate from the expiry of spins you have already collected. An offer can stop accepting new claims while credited spins stay usable, or the spins can lapse within hours or days of being credited. Missed claims normally do not accumulate.
Note three details for each offer: the stated time zone, the time of your last claim and the spin expiry. Missing any one is how most players lose spins.
Which slots can you use daily free spins on?
You can only use promotional spins on the slot or slots named in the offer terms. A similar game from the same studio is not a substitute, even if it plays almost identically.
Real offers show how narrow this gets. In our current offer data, free spins offers are tied to titles such as Book of Dead, Starburst, Rainbow Riches Megaways and Bigger Bass Splash. Some list two games, and some add a line such as “selected games only”.
Game eligibility and wagering eligibility are separate questions. A slot can accept the spins yet count for little towards wagering. As one UK guide notes, a capped headline multiplier can still mean more staking when game contributions are partial. At a 10% contribution, £40 of wagering takes £400 of play.
Once the spins are used, volatility matters more than theme when you choose where to clear wagering. Our top slots to clear a casino bonus with guide ranks games by RTP and volatility for exactly this job.
How do wagering requirements apply to free spin winnings?
A wagering requirement multiplies a stated base amount, and only qualifying bets count towards it. On free spins the base is usually the winnings from the spins, but it can be the winnings plus a deposit, so read what the offer names.
Here is a worked example with illustrative numbers. You receive 20 spins at 10p (or 10c) and win £4. With 10x wagering on winnings, you must place £40 of qualifying bets, which is 400 spins at 10p.
On a 96% RTP slot, that £40 of turnover costs about £1.60 on average, so the £4 is worth roughly £2.40 in the long run. That is an average, not a prediction: a single session can end well above or below it. Our Bonus Wagering Calculator runs this sum for any multiplier and RTP.
The base matters as much as the multiplier. A 10x requirement on £4 of winnings is £40. The same 10x on a £50 deposit plus a £50 bonus is £1,000. Researchers found most people underestimated the true cost of an offer where the multiplier applied to both deposit and bonus.
In Great Britain, the Gambling Commission capped wagering at 10x the bonus on 19 January 2026 and banned incentives that mix products, such as betting for casino spins. The same summary notes the cap does not limit time windows, the maximum stake while wagering or maximum win from bonus funds, and it does not bind sites without a Gambling Commission licence. Players elsewhere should not assume the same ceiling.
Wager-free spins remove this step. Our wager-free casino bonuses page lists offers where winnings are paid without a playthrough.
How do you get from a spin win to withdrawable cash?
Spin winnings are often credited as bonus funds, and you can withdraw them only after wagering is done and any cap is applied. A winning spin does not clear the wagering by itself.
- The spin win is credited to a bonus or restricted balance.
- You complete any wagering through qualifying bets, inside the time limit.
- The cap on conversion or withdrawal is applied.
- You request a withdrawal of what remains.
The cap is the term players skip most. If a daily offer converts at most £20 of spin winnings and you win £150, £130 does not reach your balance. The effect is sharper on high-ceiling slots: a 10p spin on a slot with a 5,000x top win, such as Legacy of Dead, could pay £500 on paper, yet a £20 cap would pay £20.
Time limits compound this. A 7-day window on a 10x requirement can leave little time for wagering at small stakes. Check the payment rules too: several offers in our data exclude deposits made through Skrill, Neteller, e-wallets or virtual cards, and one notes that making a withdrawal voids any pending bonus.
| Spinzwin (100 spins) | Kwiff (200 spins) | |
|---|---|---|
| Spins | 100 | 200 |
| Spin stake | Not stated | £0.10 each |
| Eligible games | Starburst and Big Bad Wolf | Book of Dead |
| Wagering on spin winnings | 10x within 7 days | None |
| Cap on winnings | £20 max conversion | £250 max withdrawal |
| Minimum deposit | £10 | £10 (PayPal £30) |

Save or share this infographicWhat should you compare before claiming daily free spins?
Compare spin value, eligible game, wagering on winnings, time limits and the cap together, not the spin count alone. 200 spins at 10p carry £20 of stake value, while 50 spins at 50p carry £25, so more spins is not always more value.
Value per spin is stake times RTP. For 100 spins at 10p, the stake value is £10, and on a 96% RTP slot the average return is about £9.60 before wagering and caps. These are average figures, not a promise, and the value of the spins drops again once you add wagering and a cap.
The offers below are the live ones for your country. They are mostly free-spin offers tied to a deposit or sign-up, so check each one’s expiry, cap and eligible game against the table above before you claim.

Do daily offers change how much you play?
Daily prompts can push people to play more often than they planned, and the regulator’s own survey shows it. In the Gambling Commission’s survey of gamblers who received incentives, 10% reported receiving incentives daily, rising to 35% among those classed as problem gamblers.
The same survey, of Great Britain adults, found 31% agreed that free bets or bonuses encouraged them to gamble more than they wanted to. That is why we treat the claim routine as a separate decision from the deposit decision.
A practical routine for claiming daily free spins
Claim only the offers whose terms you have read, and note the reset time, spin expiry and cap for each one. Skip any offer that needs a deposit you were not going to make anyway.
Before claiming, work out the wagering on a realistic win, as in the £4 example above. If the cap, expiry or game list makes the offer worth less than the effort, leave it. The Casino Bonus Value Calculator gives the answer in one step.
Questions people ask
What are daily free spins?
Daily free spins are a recurring promotion that gives you a set number of spins on a named slot on a daily schedule. You may need to log in, opt in, deposit or play a qualifying amount first, depending on the offer.
Where can I get daily free spins?
They come from individual casinos (login rewards, weekday deposit offers, wheels) and from studio-run promotions such as Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins. Availability depends on your country and the casino, so check the live terms and our offers list.
Do daily free spins have wagering requirements?
Many do, usually as a multiple of the winnings from the spins, while some offers are wager-free. In Great Britain, wagering on bonus funds cannot exceed 10x since 19 January 2026, so check the exact multiplier and what it applies to.
Do unused daily free spins roll over to the next day?
Usually not. If the terms say spins expire at the end of the claim window or after a stated number of hours, unused spins are forfeited rather than carried over.
Can I use daily free spins on any slot?
No. Spins are normally tied to one named slot or a short list. A similar game from the same studio does not count unless the terms list it.
Can I withdraw winnings from daily free spins?
Only after any wagering is complete, and subject to any cap on what can be converted or withdrawn. One offer in our data caps free-spin conversion at £20 however much the spins win.
